CPU monitoring of Oracle Server

Hello,
Does anybody know if there is a way that we can monitor the instructions/requests that the Oracle Servers CPU is handeling at any given time and how long it took to complete this.
I was told that there is software out there that can do this, however I was unable to find any such software in any online searches.
We are running Oracle Net8i on a NT4 (SP6) box!
