11i apps WAN Bandwidth Sizing

Looking for some help after a long absence from the Oracle arena!
Is there a recognised method or model for sizing bandwidth requirements for a 11i implementation? Specifically, I'm looking at a remotely homed server with an approximate user population of 300 ranging from Finance, procurement and projects (no self-service apps yet).
My guess would be around 100 concurrent 'active' users at any given time.
