hi
while connecting to the console you would need to give (to connect to the database) the username and the password and the database name and finally you will be provided with the option of mode of connection to the database they are normal, Sysdba, sysoper. you should grant sysdba and sysoper to that particular user. then you can connect as sysdba or sysoper.
