Oracle Management Consol

I really appreciate highly your help, thank you. after installiig oracle software and OMS all the services running OK. when I tried to connect to the consol through sysman account it worked ok
then i tried to connect to the node that I am currently on it accepted only
normal privileges not the sysdba.
but seems that i need sysdba privileges to perform backup and recovery i tried my best to look for an account that has the sysdba privilege i could not log in using all the accounts that normally are dba privileged users.

it does not allow me to chose " sysdba"
