There isn't a way to export in ASCII format (unless you only want the CREATE statements).

Depending on the size of the table, you could just spool the ourput of a 'select * from table_name;' command.

What do you want it on a floppy for? If you want to copy the data to another Oracle database there are tons of better ways to do it.
