IBM AIX 4.3.3-09. Oracle 8172 32bit. Running SAP R/3 system.
In USER_DUMP_DEST, there is some trace file with the above error
message: /oracle/DEV/saptrace/usertrace/ora_4310_dev.trc Oracle8i
Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.7.2.0 - Production With the Partitioning
option JServer Release 8.1.7.2.0 - Production ORACLE_HOME =

skgm error 27123: errno = 22, info = 1, 262163, 0, 0 skgm error 27123:

error message.
The Oracle executale: ls -l /oracle/DEV/817_32/bin/oracle -rwsr-s--x 1

The ulimit of the user who startup oracle: dev:devadm 1> ulimit -a

SQL> show sga
