DBNOTFOUND from Netscape Enterprise 3.6

Trying to connect to an Oracle database, Enterprise tells me:

[DBNOTFOUND] No access library for 'mdbord.dll'

The dll exists in \Netscape\SuiteSpot\bin\https

Possibly it should be somewhere else ?
