Using Oracle's Change Manager on DBs with Snapshots

We are replicating snapshots to multiple databases. When using Change Manager to compare 2 of the snapshot databases all snapshots show up as different between the 2 databases. Looking at the Change Manager viewer it only indicates differences in the text. Reviewing the text shows no differences. Does anyone know why the snapshots show as not equal?
