Porting from oracle 7 to 8 -Specific to Pro* C

Hi,

We have a application which uses Pro* C for database connectivity. Currently we are using Oracle 7.3.4. Now we have plans to migrate to Oracle 8. Want to know whether the API's which we are using can be reused again.
Basically I want to know what kind of problem/change we may get once we compile our code with Oracle 8 library.
