How to determine if a procedure is currently running.

Hi all,
It is a while since I have done anything in Oracle any the site I am working at has very few books on Oracle. I am trying to find out how I can determine from SQL whether a stored procedure is currently running or not? I assume I can read this information from one of the V$ views.
