WHERE clause with an & not meaning it to be a variable

I have the following sql statement in sql plus:

select * from raptor.tblaccounts where accaccountdesc = 'ADMIN & HUMAN RESOURCES'; It thinks that the "&" is to be used as a variable and I want it to be straight text. How do I force sql plus to view it that way? Received on Tue Nov 06 2001 - 19:53:31 CET
