Using Oracle Enterprise Edtition 8.1.7.0.0 on Windows 2000

I am new to Oracle parallel Server Option.

I want to setup Oracle Parallel Server(OPS) on windows 2000. Now first of all I need to setup a Windows 2000 Cluster. For that I need a Clustering Software and I am looking for a free software.
Can anybody help me finding a free Clustering software for win 2000 on which I can setup my Oracle Parallel Server.

One other thing, while going through the Oracle Documentation for setting OPS which says find out node name define by Cluster Manager Software using lsnodes.exe file. After seraching my Oracle Home I could not find out lsnodes.exe file,
Can anybody tell me where I can find that file.

Thanks
