Copy User with all tables et al

Hi,
I have an instance running on Oracle Version 8 (OS Solaris) where i have a user "ABC".
This user has some tables, proceedures, triggers etc. I have another instance running on 9i (OS Windows 2000). I want to make a complete copy of this user with tables, proceedures etc from version 8 to 9i.
Is there a easy way to do this ?
