problem exporting data (VNI-2015 : Authentication error)

Does anyone know solution for this. I get this message when I try to export data with DBA studio or Manager Console. I was looking in help files, and it says that I have permission to read/write on the computer that contains the database. I have Server and Managment server installed on same computer , and I am logged as administrator. What else to do?
