Hi there,
Sign up with Oracle Education. It will be a good place to start. You can't learn Oracle well enough in a relative short time but to get you start, Oracle Education is a good place. Of course, you must be working hands-on in order to get a hold of it. Mere knowing the concepts/theories without actually working hands-on will not benefit much!
