Would like to learn Oracle . Best Route?

Hi Oracle Users,

I am very interested in learning Oracle and would like to know the best route to do so?

Books and self teach?
One to one training with an expert?
or Certification with a training centre?

I favor the one to one route using a real life example if pos.

I run a small Computer consultancy in N.Ireland speailizing in Microstation CAD training which can link to Oracle.

Any suggestions ?
