Invalid objects through Forms

Recently, a drive on our test box failed. We reinstalled Oracle Enterprise 8.1.7 and imported data from our production machine (8.0.5). Since then, we have not been able to compile Oracle Forms (5 or 6i) against this database. I can base a datablock on a table fine, but I can't reference a table in a trigger/procedure block (not even dual!). When I do, I get an invalid object cannot load library unit error. I am connected as the owner of the tables. The form compiles fine against any of our other databases(all 8.0.5). When I go through SQLPlus, I have no problems selecting the tables or referencing them from a script. I've queried the dba_objects table for any invalid objects and it didn't return any. I have talked with Oracle. The forms people say it's the database, the database people say that it's forms. Does anybody have any ideas?
