First of all your post is too incomplete to offer and solution. Try elaborating a bit more the next time.

As far as I know, FRM-40102 error is a navigational error and not a backend error. If you still think there is a backend error, (I assume you are using Developer) try displaying the Oracle error code and error message by using Dbms_Error_Code and Dbms_Error_Message built-ins to display the Oracle error in the form. That should help you debug...
