Can't connect from Cllient computer

Hi,
I have a big problem in Oracle connection, the ip address of the oracle
server
Unfortunately, all client computers can't connect to the oracle server, I've
try to ping the ip address of Oracle server, the connection is OK.
How to fix the problem.

has been changed from the true ip 203.x.x.x to virtual ip 192.168.1.x
and all the TNSNAMES.ORA files from the client computers has been changed to
point to new ip address of oracle server.
