Installing Oracle 8i

I am trying to install Oracle 8i on Redhat Linux 7.0. I have downloaded the jre package. But now I am getting this error when I try to run "runInstaller" from the CD-ROM

Error In CreateOUIProcess() : -1
:Bad Address

I am not understaing it.

When I try to run, runIns.sh I get:
