Setup initialization parameter in True64 Unix

Hi,
We will create 2 instances in true64 unix (Digital Unix). The box
has 4GB RAM,
4CPU,The Oracle version is 8i standard edition. Does anybody have any
idea how to setup initialization parameters (such as
DB_BLOCK_SIZE,DB_BLOCK_BUFFER,CPU_COUNT and SGA).
