Problem with SQLBindCol

I have written a Visual C++ application, which reads data from a Orcale
database!
I get the Oracle data with SqlBindCol to my variables!
When I use the SQLBindCol Function with the TargetType SQL_C_TCHAR it
returns only 128 Characters instead of 1000 Characters.
What is the problem, and which possibilities to I have?
