ISAPI - Oracle Connection Problem

I have Oracle 8.0.5 on a Server and also a client installed. I and
using W2K Pro and IIS. I can access
a ISAPI dll extension just fine, until I add a DB connect c++ header
like Oracle's "oracl.h". My HTML
will no longer access the ISAPI.dll as soon as I add the #include
"oracl.h" directive. Any ideas???
