Upgrade - Question

I have to upgrade from SUN Solaris 2.6 to (2.)7. on risc (Ultraspark 250).
Is it painless for Oracle (7.3.3.) aplication on it?
(I have full (dump) backup on 3 tapes, ) but only want to hear someone who
did upgrade, before I start it in my public library ...
(I did upgrade on Ultra 5, but not with Oracle on it ..)
