Oracle 8i doesn't startup

I have Personal Edition 8.1.7 installed on Win2K Pro and everything looks fine. But when I restart Windows, database doesn't startup automaticly. Then I must do it manualy and after that all works. All Oracle services was started with Windows. Where is the problem?
