Using both MS SQL and Oracle

Dear All,



I'd like a web application to use both Oracle and MS SQL as a back-end
database, but think that this would cause a problem.



Can I use the same SQL commands for both?
Can I use stored procedures?



If anyone knows for sure, or has gone through similar pains, I'd greatly
appriciate any helpful advise.
