RF IC / Analog IC Designer (Mixed Signal): San Diego, CA
Work in the area of RFIC design for wireless LAN utilizing the most
advanced
BiCMOS technology.
Experience / Requirements: Transistor-level design experience in some of
the
following areas: VCO's, LNA's, mixers, A/D and D/A converters,
synthesizers.
Knowledge of radio systems such as heterodyne, low-IF, direct conversion
desirable. Experienced with CADENCE CAD tools. These designers will work
with a team leader to design, develop, and characterize on-chip radio
systems. MSEE/Ph.D. or equivalent plus 5 years minimum industry experience.
