RF Technician - Tuner: San Diego, CA
Assist in the development of high volume production tuner modules through the process of schematic capture, PCB layout, lab optimization, and generation of "bills of material".
Contribute to the development of test procedures and ATE programs. Run documented test procedures and ATE programs. § Manage PCB builds with internal or external assembly resources. Some travel to meet with vendors and customers. Experience / Requirements; A.S. or higher or equivalent vocational or military training.
5+ years related experience. Capability to test RF and Digital Communication
systems through solid knowledge of test equipment and ATE. Team player willing to communicate and operate in an orderly fashion. Capability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and present alternatives. Willing to accept responsibility in a product development environment. Experience with:
IC designers, product development of high volume consumer products, and with
highly integrated RFIC's and "System on a Chip". Familiarity with FCC RF radiation, EMC susceptibility, and surge testing. tariq_at_nsquare.com
