Login script under NT

Could someone tell me how to create a login script under Oracle 8 for NT. I have a loginscript for my UNIX system at school, but I can't seem to get Oracle to "see" the one I've created at home. It runs fine if I type in START to run it from the SQL> prompt, but I'd rather it ran automatically.
