The Oracle tools are, intuitively enough, called export and import. Look at the Oracle Utilities Reference, where you'll find a chapter each for Import and Export.

For a simple table export/import, you can use the command line version. Depending on your OS, you'd enter something like:

exp

or

imp

then follow the prompts. Read the Oracle Utilities Reference for details on each of the options.
