Have to put all services on manual and stop them in control panel.
otherwise do :
ORADIM -SHUTDOWN -SID sidname ORADIM -DEL -SID sidname -SERVICE servicenamedo ORADIM -help vor more details.
Reboot, and go on registry and clear all oracle folder. Do not forget to make a copy of registry first.
