Oracle Enterprise manager Setup

I cannot get the Oracle Enterprise Manager to Open completely?

During Login I get the following error:

"VTK-1000 unable to connect to the managment server ... Please verify that you have entered the correct host name and status of the oracle management server."

What is the management server?, I assumed it was the network identification of the computer running oracle. but this does not work. I made sure that the user has the sysdba privelege. What Should I try? Thanks in Advance. Received on Wed Apr 04 2001 - 02:42:02 CEST
