migrate from 8.0.6 to 8.1.6

Hi!
Should I migrate from 8.0.6 to 8.1.6 on WindowsNT platform? Oracle
recommands 8.1.7 but I am not sure if it's a good idea. There are a lot of
fixed bugs, but surely few new ones has turned out.
