Machine Specs

Greetings,

My company has requested a quote from me, and I'm not sure where to start looking. We need to run a very large-scale couponing in/out structure database, with web-integration (later on, but we need the ability to). Where could I find system quotes, or if someone could tell me what I would need in a system (i.e. memory requirements, hard drive space, etc). Operating system-wise, I plan to run on Windows2000 Server. Any issues with this?
