table size and chinese character set

Hi,
(1) I have a scheme of tables, how can I get the physical size of each
table including data?
(2) My oracle server is running on the RS/6000. How can I store the
chinese character set. Now, the ??? is shown as the client machine (PC)
retrieve the data from oracle server through ODBC.
