How should install Oracle 8 under Win 200 pro ? Urgent !!!

I cannot install Personal Oracle 8 (also enterprise edition for NT) under
Windows 2000 pro .


Durring instalation process, always appear message:



"Unable to delete NT service for SQL *Net ...", and installation then
terminated.


What is wrong ?
