Oracle 8 - ADO/ASP - Does oradOLEDB 8.1.6 support paging and absolute page?

Using ADO and oraOLEDB 8.1.6.1.0
When trying to use PageSize, PageCount, and AbsolutePage (ADO), I keep getting a Recordset error saying that the operation requested (when setting rs.AbsolutePage = 1) is not supported by the provider
ADODB: Recordset error '800a0cb3'
The operation requested by the application is not supported by the
provider.
Anybody else run into a similar problem?
