DBMS_JAVA.EXPORT_SOURCE problem

When SYS.DBMS_JAVA.EXPORT_SOURCE is called with let say SYS.DBMS_JAVA.EXPORT_SOURCE ('test', SCOTT', b).
If connected as SCOTT it will return a LOB in b.
If not connected as SCOTT there will be an error ORA-03113 then this connection is wasted.
Does anybody know about similar problem with this package ?
