Hello All,

Does anyone have any experience using "4D for ORACLE connectivity plug-in" on NT platform?

The following aspects are of my particular interest:

  1. 4D code portability. Is it absolutely transparent for 4D applications whether ORACLE, and not 4D, is used as a data storage? If not, what are the limitations?
  2. Does using the product change anything from 4D development process standpoint (db schema definition, etc.?)
  3. Does the product include any 4D to ORACLE data migration tools?
  4. Is it stable enough?
  5. Performance?

Any information will be much appreciated,

Alexei
