How to set MIME-Type with APPS.HTM

Hi,
I'm dealing with stored procedures which are invoked via intranet and return the results of certain queries - more or less a "result-table". I'm using the APPS.HTM-Procedures to prdouce this output in in HTML.
What I'd like to do now is to present this output directly in MS-EXCEL (e.g. for further modification).
Is this done by MIME-Types and if so, how do I set the MIME-Type with
the
APPS.HTP-Procedures?
