Using the INSO filter with Intermedia/Context

Folks,
I'm having trouble using the INSO filter with Intermedia Text (what was
previously called Context). It does not seem to support Adobe PDF format
above 1.2 which is outdated by several years. Is anyone using the INSO
filter with Intermedia ? What is my best bet if I want to use Intermedia
with PDF files.
Any info would be appreciated.
