ORA-00604, ORA-01000

Hello !

I have a connection via JDBC to ORACLE 8.0.4 and sometimes I get the following error-message:

"ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded"

What can I do ?

• Should I close my ResultSets immediately after use ? (BTW: I expected my ConnectionBroker to do this.)
• Should I increase the number of connections to the database ? (I'm not really sure if this can solve the Problem.)

Do you have a better idea ?
