Can I install Oracle8 Enterprise on WIN2000 ?

I've tried to install Oracle8 Enterpirse on
Windows2000 Professional, but it fails.
During the installation of Net8 Server component,
it causes a error with error message,
"can not delete Windows NT services".
What should I do to install it on W2k ?
