Re: INIT.ORA - UTL_FILE_DIR parameter...

Your init.ora file is just a text file. Once you locate it you can change it with any text editor. Then shut down the database and restart it. Your new parameters will be used on restart. You can check them using v$parameter in SQL*Plus.
