Oracle 8 PE Installation error

I have already installed successfully Oracle 8 PE. But now if I use the CD again, I get an error ORAINST on module OIKBND32.DLL . If I use the same CD on another computer, everything is fine.

Any idea ?

The exact message I get (in french) is :
