Get info about rows?

Hi,
Does Oracle store all modification made in user-tables? I would like to execute a query, so I can see which records within a table are modified, inserted or deleted. Using a snapshotlog gives all the information, but I don't want to create a snapshotlog for every table!
There are a lot of 'user_' tables, but as far I can find out there is no loggin of any changes in table rows.
Any suggestions?
