sort_area_size = 4000000
This seems very large, especially since the shared pool is
only 9000000.
Remember memory the size of sort_area_size is allocated to
each user (PGA) on the first sort they do, and is only
released when the session disconnects. 60 users gives 240mb
of core memory, just for the sortarea.
