Hi
when I write a J progrgamm using oci8 I have to use the vendores JVM to
be able to run the programm. It doesn't work if I use JVM supplied with
JDK 1.2.
This means my prgramms written in J are not plattform independent,
because whenever I want to run these programms I have to use
/ora/jdbc/bin/java indstead of say /jdk1.2/bin/java. Therefore I have to
use jdbc-odbc-bridge to be able to use
/jdk1.2/bin/java MyDbProgramm.
Why .. why ... and why again?
Or do I do something worng worng wrong.?
