SQL*TextRetrieval question:Foreign Language support

   SQL*TextRetrieval v2.0
   SQL*Forms 3.0

Hello all!
Has anybody worked on SQL*TextRetrieval for Non-English language?
Our application is currently using English (for almost 5 yrs now) but recently there was a need to accommodate foreign languages (for Product Titles which is an indexed field). After executing RTIIU to index the search fields, we tried to search the foreign language title, but it seems that SQL*TextRetrieval cannot retrieve it.
Does anyone have any solution for this?
