How to use image upload in Oracle Application Server 4.0.6

Hi,

Oracle Application Server 4.0 has a build in function which can upload/download files. But I am comfused by the short decription in the developer's guild.

Do anyone have tried to do image upload? If you can give me some tip, that will be very helpful.
